You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a person other than the deliverer designated by you receives the goods.

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation by email. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you send the notification before the expiry of the 14-day period.

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you promptly and no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will we charge you any fees for this refund.

We will coordinate the return of the goods with you. Depending on the case, you will receive a return label from us or we will arrange for collection.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functionality. To avoid this, we recommend that you treat the goods as you would in a store.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
