Return

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel it. You can find all the details regarding your right of cancellation in our cancellation policy.

Please do not return the goods to us freight collect, as this would incur unnecessary costs for us, which we would have to charge you.

Important instructions:

- We cannot accept returns of opened or damaged goods. This applies to items whose seal has been broken.

- Please ensure your return address is clearly legible. To process your request quickly, please include a copy of your invoice or information about your order number with the package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and refund the purchase price. The refund will be processed as quickly as possible, but may take up to 14 days. Thank you for your patience!

Complaint

If you received a defective product, we're very sorry. We'll take care of it! We'll cover the return shipping costs, of course. Depending on your preference, we'll either send you a replacement or refund the full purchase price.

To process your request as quickly as possible, please submit your complaint using our online contact form. The form will guide you through all the necessary steps, and you can easily upload your order number and, if necessary, photos. Unfortunately, we can only process complaints via this method.

Please note:

- If your complaint relates to the physical properties of a product (e.g., appearance, smell, taste), please check whether you stored the item correctly. Correct storage is crucial for quality.

- Some products may naturally change over time due to contact with oxygen. We're happy to answer any questions you may have.

Important final note: Please do not return the goods freight collect to avoid additional costs for all of us.
